Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.


Freight & Heavy Equipment Shipping

For large, heavy, or specialized equipment:

  • Orders may ship via freight carriers.

  • Customers may be contacted to confirm delivery details.

  • A valid phone number is required for freight deliveries.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible for large trucks unless liftgate service is purchased.

  • Commercial and residential addresses within the United States

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address:
Vanderhaags LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please verify your shipping details before completing your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Contact the shipping carrier

  3. Reach out to us for assistance


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Inspect the package upon delivery.

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt (for freight shipments).

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Failure to report freight damage at delivery may affect claim eligibility.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process (if applicable).
