Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Wire Transfer

• ACH Transfer

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

Credit card payments may be subject to processing fees, which will be clearly disclosed prior to payment.

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) due to the nature, value, and logistics involved in shipping trucks, trailers, containers, heavy equipment, and related products.

By prior written approval only, we may accept:

• Cashier’s Checks

• Certified Bank Checks

Conditions for check payments:

• Must be issued by a recognized U.S. financial institution

• Funds must fully clear before any product is released, shipped, or delivered

• Personal checks and standard business checks are not accepted unless approved in advance

Payment Terms

Full payment is generally required prior to shipment, pickup, or delivery unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Orders will not be scheduled for processing, shipping, pickup, or delivery until payment has been successfully received and verified.

For certain approved transactions, Vander Haag’s LLC may offer alternative payment arrangements, including:

• 50% payment upfront

• 50% payment upon confirmed delivery

Such arrangements are subject to prior written approval and may not be available for all products or customers.

Custom-built, modified, or special-order products may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due before shipment or delivery.

Payment Processing & Security

All payments are processed through secure and reputable payment channels.

Sensitive payment information is protected using commercially reasonable security measures.

A temporary authorization hold may be placed on card payments to verify available funds. Such holds are released according to the policies of the customer’s financial institution.

Charges are finalized once an order has been confirmed and scheduled for fulfillment.

For security purposes, Vander Haag’s LLC reserves the right to request additional verification documentation, including:

• Government-issued identification

• Business verification documents

• Confirmation of billing information

Pricing & Quotes

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are based on current inventory, supplier pricing, market conditions, and logistics availability.

Written quotations are valid only for the period specified on the quote and may change if payment is not received within the quoted timeframe.

Unless otherwise stated, pricing does not include:

• Applicable sales taxes

• Registration fees

• Licensing fees

• Delivery charges

• Site preparation

• Special handling requirements

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 14–21 business days.

Orders canceled after shipment, dispatch scheduling, or freight booking may be subject to cancellation, transportation, storage, restocking, or handling charges.

Fraud Prevention

Vander Haag’s LLC actively monitors transactions for fraud prevention and security purposes.

We reserve the right to delay, refuse, cancel, or suspend any order if suspicious, unauthorized, or potentially fraudulent activity is detected.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Vander Haag’s LLC directly regarding billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

• Additional administrative fees

• Order suspension

• Account restrictions

• Collection actions where permitted by law
