All orders are subject to our review and acceptance. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept, reject, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, payment authorization issues, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund of the amount paid for the canceled order to the original method of payment.

5. Pricing, Payments & Authorization

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices, fees, and promotions are subject to change at any time without prior notice, except where prohibited by applicable law. The price applicable to your order will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and accepted.

You authorize us and our designated payment processors or merchant service providers to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes, fees, and shipping, to the payment method you provide at checkout. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted, that the information you provide is true and complete, and that you will promptly update any changes. Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment is received and verified.

Shipping and delivery options, estimated timelines, and fees are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules, distance, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays, missed delivery windows, or additional charges imposed by carriers.

Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, title and risk of loss to the product pass to you upon the earlier of: (a) delivery to the carrier for shipment to your designated address, or (b) pickup by you or your authorized representative at our facility located at 4936 Sharp St, Dallas, TX 75247, USA. You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery or pickup and promptly notifying us in writing of any visible damage or discrepancies.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Certain items, including custom-ordered, modified, or specially configured trailers or containers, may be non-returnable or subject to restocking or cancellation fees. To be eligible for a return or refund, products must meet all requirements set forth in the Return & Refund Policy and be returned in the condition specified therein. 9. Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order prior to shipment or pickup by contacting us using the information below. We will attempt to honor cancellation requests, but we are not obligated to cancel orders that have already entered processing or shipping. Orders canceled after shipment or after you have taken possession may be treated as returns under our Return & Refund Policy and may be subject to applicable fees, including restocking, handling, or transportation charges.

10. Condition of Products & Used Equipment

New products are sold subject to any manufacturer warranties that may apply. Used or pre-owned trailers, containers, and equipment are sold in “as is,” “where is,” and “with all faults” condition, subject only to any written limited warranties expressly provided by us at the time of sale. You acknowledge that used equipment may have wear, cosmetic imperfections, or prior repairs and agree to inspect and satisfy yourself as to the condition and suitability of any used product before purchase, subject to your rights under applicable Texas law.
