Large trailers, shipping containers, heavy equipment, and other oversized products may require freight or specialized transportation and additional delivery coordination.

Unless otherwise provided in a separate written agreement or required by applicable law, title and risk of loss will transfer according to the terms applicable to the particular transaction and delivery arrangement.

For shipped products, the applicable transfer point may depend on the carrier, shipping arrangement, product, and transaction terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived or modified under applicable law.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
